Good or bad?

I can't say anything about their services: I am just investigating whether or not they would be OK for me.

However, I called them saturday and, surprise (!), I could speak with a broker: the guy was very friendly, called me back (I am in Italy) gave me plenty of information...

That's customer service for real!

just start a new account with them,customer service is good,commission is low,j-trader is working good,clear through rosenthal and get the daily statement every morning,everything looks good so far.
