Get Currency rate using IB Fix CTCI API

Hello friends,

I need to make a Java software which uses IB Fix CTCI API to find world currency rates.

1) Is there any API method available to get required information?

2) Can I set refresh rate in such method?

3) Can I have any reference / example?

Any help / suggestion is appreciated.
