I remember when bitcoin made its run to 19k back in 2017 it seemed ridiculously overbought...just like 3k felt like a total bargain when it corrected. Now 19k would feel like a ridiculous bargain.

Meaning someone can buy 0.00000001% of a coin so anyone can "take a flyer" on it if they so wish opening up to 1000's, tens of 1000's, who otherwise likely wouldn't have.
