Free TV on PC. au revoir cable cos....,=)

From the FAQ, under the Help link:

Q: Is this legal?

A: Yes, these broadcasts are provided freely by their respective owners, we claim no right to the content that is broadcasted.

I bet 1000$ that rebroadcasting paid programs is illegal. Just like stock quotes. Otherwise others would have done it earlier.

Reminds me the dirt cheap musicdownload Russian sites. A song is like 7 cents or so. But Paypal doesn't allow payments anymore because of the questionable legal status, and I am not going to give them CC info...

By the way, if you steal cable programming from your neighbour with his knowledge, he could always tell to the cablecompany: "I didn't claim no rights to those programs." :)

Suppose I should have keep this little secret for myself....:(

Somebody that is going to be really happy is Hypo. He was complaining about his favorite porn site not being updated fast enough the other day....

:D

Thanks for posting this!

However, for some reason I am not able to get to full-screen mode. I double-click on the screen but nothing happens, and there's nothing in the FAQ to address this.

Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you correct it?

Thanks!

I am getting about half of the channels. None of the movie channels loads. (but the adult ones work perfectly) Can you guys watch HBO or other movies?

Also if I try to leave the channel open and browse the net in another window, Opera keeps shuting down...

I agree that the bandwidth problem is going to kill them once it gets popular.

Nasdaq channel, hm, interesting....
