Free or cheap desktop charting software for beginner?

MotiveWave has a free Community Edition: https://support.motivewave.com/free-charting-software/ and you can choose from a large selection of brokers and data feeds. Several free demo account options through supported brokers, and it's a desktop application.
Tried to install TradingView Desktop on my Windows 10 Desktop (with latest updates), it downloaded a file TradingView.appinstaller. While running this file, I've been getting an error message like "
App installation failed with error message: error 0x80070005: Windows cannot create the AppContainer profile for the TradingView.Desktop_1.0.1.2240_x64__n534cwy3pjxzj package. (0x80070005)."
Any help, please?

Maybe try turning off the Windows firewall, plus all anti-virus/malware programs you have running? After all, it is free, so it MUST be trusted.
Backup your files. Then make sure your operating system is up-to-date (Start->Settings->Update and Security->Check for updates).
If it still doesn't install, try some of the suggestions in pages like

You DONT download trading view, you go to the website!
