This is true for many, in fact, almost all broker websites I've seen. I'm new to this stuff, and it really came as surprise.
And most of the sites are generally done in a way which looks like they are either new to internet or don't give a damn about all this. (There are a couple of exceptions, sure.)
I mean, this business is 100% internet-based and you don't pay attention to your internet site? What the ..?!
