5pm ET for rollover is the industry standard. I've never heard of any brokers/banks performing it at different times other than Oanda which has 24/7 accrual.

FXClub has the rollover time at 4 PM ET. Leverage is 100 to 1, but the spreads are high. The company is based in NY.

I have seen the FXCM demo, and I like trading via charts itself. Does IB (Interactivebrokers) have similar type of platform?

I didn't see a demo a/c offered by IB.

There is a demo provided by IB, with fake quotes. Use the FX module. Very heavy and very professional platform but with poor charting (fxcm charting is poor too).
