The requlators (FINRA, SEC, TheGovtA$$ etc.) should first fix the discrimination problem described in the following thread:

It's about discrimination of black people, as well white people, as well LGBTXX people, and even more injustice. It needs immediate attention & action!

WHY are you so obsessed over what's allowed and not allowed in cash accounts??!! Your trading record is so shitty that no brokers would approve you for a margin account is that it that??!!! If that's the case, then it's your trading. If you are able to trade, you can profit regardless of what kind of account you have. Warren Buffett trades with ALL CASH!! Work on your problems with your trading. Don't blame on the broker.
