Firm for Pairs trading any suggestions

Apart from Bright ( which is reluctant to take non US clients)
are there any reputable firms who offer leverage ( overnight) for Stock to Stock pairs trading and also offer training ( paid is ok but has to be specific for Pairs trading and there should be sufficient evidence that this firm really is in to pairs trading)
regulated in a major jurisdiction like UK/ USA/ AUS etc
