Let's see who Trump is suing now for calling him a rapist -- which I will note under the legal definition in the state of New York the term "sexual abuse" includes rape which includes digital penetration as noted by Judge Kaplan. As well it should be mentioned that Carroll stated multiple times that Trump had raped her and the defamation suit wins were based on Trump's false denials of this fact.
Once again Trump launches a suit which he will lose -- like so many others. Let's hope his lawyer got paid in advance so they don't get stiffed.

“The difference between Ms. Carroll’s allegedly defamatory statements — that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as defined in the New York Penal Law — and the ‘truth’ — that Mr. Trump forcibly digitally penetrated Ms. Carroll — is minimal. Both are felonious sex crimes,” Kaplan ruled.
