I found this last night and seems to have some good information about all sorts of tax issues. The link below is the section on traders. The section on scams was pretty interesting.
I also like www.clearstation.com I don't read it for the forums, but I like the charts. I also like the daily tech indicators page. Click on "Tag & Bag", then click "technical events". I also like that it's a totally free site, although E Trade owns it now, so you have to look at lots of E Trade ads.
