Farmland Investors out there?

I'm looking for a company or individuals who would like to invest in farmland. Collect a check twice a year, cash lease, no crop risk. A 5% yield.

With some hedge funds moving to this arena expect it to get more attention. Some are getting into buying the physical assets (i.e. land, grain elevators, etc).

Bought anything yet ? I'm personally interested in this myself. I'm looking at Romania, where current prices are about about 0,15-0,20 euro/m2.
 
Most of the investors looking at the big land deals will be after a 7-8% return, which is readily available (still) in many areas.
