He's in Germany. The most rabid Russian "patriots" would never live in Russia, they're patriotic while enjoying all the benefits of the west. Ironically the Russians in Russia are usually far more sour about their country and many are actively planning on migrating to the west.
Just eat this: I'm not even a Russian! Can't even read their crypto-like alphabet, wishing they would switch to Latin alphabet as this would make things much easier for such Russia fans like me... And I'm too old to emigrate to Russia and/or invest time for learning their language, and am also bound here, have responsibilities here in the fkin lying hollow West...
