EU youth unemployment

It is people below 25 that are not in school or other programs.

The EU youth unemployment has been very high for a long time. It may have spiked, but it has "always" been very high compared to for example US standards.

As an example, about 85 % of people under the age of 30 in Italy still live with their parents. https://www.theguardian.com/news/da...-living-with-parents-europe-country-breakdown

High taxes, high hurdles to get rid of employees that do not work out and a stagnant economy makes it very hard for businesses to employ new people.
