eToro going public via SPAC

it's not high speed real time, but it's realtime within 1sec with the website delay

I have traded with that website quotes for my personal accounts and it was always accurate,

but it's on a "as is" basis, it's public without an obligation to accuracy

The UK authorities are not happy with eToro at the moment. The UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) recently cracked down on them for running cryptocurrency ads (together with Coinbase). The ASA talked of the ads as being misleading and irresponsible, for both platforms, while stating that the firms were “taking advantage of the user’s inexperience”.
