ETFC into earnings???

Plus most of these are one time incidence or just bad judgement. The retail part of the operation did fairly well. So once they put this thing behind them, this thing should slowly climb up.
 
I expect next Q will be better from the retail side given the recent volatility. Didn't they say on Tue that they had the highest trading volume ever?
 
This company has an absolutely abysmal balance sheet. Beyond horrendous.

I know many traders love their platform, but they really screwed up by getting exposed to the mortgage asset class. Big mistake. Stick to what you know.

They're going to need large infusions of capital for a long time to come to survive, and the real risk comes if trading activity wanes in downward or flat equity markets.

I was debating pretty hard last night whether to sell at 4 or not AH, but decided to hold on to most etfc positions and ride it out a few more months. Now bankruptcy is completely out of the picture, think it will continue to move up to the 6-7 range over the next few month
