Esignal and IB/TWS short/sell stop orders, not working ???

I attempted to place a SELL/SHORT Stop order via the Esignal Order entry tool with IB.

Price was at $1.10

Esignal Order confirmation came up saying...

SYMBOL SELL STOP @ $1.00..i went yes...nothing went thru to IB/TWS

I get an error message saying auxprice not entered, when clearly I have...

Does the Sell/short tool work with IB in esignal, can any of you confirm this, do I have to turn something on.

Any ideas..
