E EliteTraderNYC Oct 16, 2013 #1 Hey guys what is considered the significant open/close for ES? The ES futures never technically closes since its open all night, for example is it 930am, or 815, 800, etc? How about for the close 4pm or 415pm?

L Laissez Faire Oct 16, 2013 #3 0930:04:00 since that's the official hours for NYSE and where all the volume is conducted. The rest is noise to me and I barely bother to chart it.
