she is way too arrogant to be in the public spotlight for Bush's Administration. It makes her seem "out-of-touch" with the man in the Street.

Elaine Chao probably didn't learn this at Harvard.

LOL, I remember that well. It was about a year ago and cemented her arrogant reputation. I love how her head bobbles non stop, like a human bobblehead...
