say i want to know the previous close, today's opening price, today's high, and today's low for the ES. what would they be? what do i base the time off of since they trade over night?
for daytrading, i note the o,h,l,c for both the primary session and all-sessions to determine the important pivot points. in addition, the overnight globex high and low are also key pivot points to watch. hope this helps.
