Interesting chart imho.
14-week RSI below 30 for the third time since 2000. Even during the 2000-2002 bear market this low RSI reading was followed by 40-50% rallies. Now were are not in the bear market, I would call it long-term consolidation for DD. Therefore, rally potential looks great.
