1) About an hour ago, DTN disconnected my account. Without warning.
2) When I contacted customer service, the response was "billing has a disconnect on your account."
3) "Billing," of course, is now closed.
4) I've checked my account online and, as I assumed, it's paid in full.
5) I'm in a position, now sans charts.
