Does GTC orders include Outside Regular Trading Hours execution?

Hello all. I placed a Limit, GTC and Outside RTH order to sell a position. System accepted it.

As long as I was staying connected to the same session, the Order displayed as I placed it. BUT if I disconnect and I connect again to start a different session, the Order does not have the Outside RTH activated.

In Client Portal the box of this choice is totally missing, in Mobile App it is deactivated without a way to activate again.

Is that a system's bug? Or the GTC Orders can executed Outside RTH by default, so it isn't necessary to be specified by me?
 
In TWS go to global config/presets/select stock, options, or futures and make sure you have the box checked "allow order to be activated, triggered, filled outside of regular trading hours'' - hit apply. I think this is it, have not messed with these setting for years.

Some settings that are available in TWS are not available here. These settings are not shown here and will not take effect on mobile trades.

I just don't get it. Seems stupid to me that different platforms have different setting abilities.
