Does FFastTrade accept foreign customers?

Does someone has Idea why their commision rate for
Mini-Dow Still shows $1.57 per side (excluding platefrom)?

It used to be the same before CBOT reduce their commision
this year.
 
FFast commision for Eurox and Liffe is "much much" lower
than IB. Infact the cheapest out there that i know

But still IB is offering one complete line of services, where
you can use their Data feed, many API for order entry,
Asian/Pacific exchanges, equities, forex, mobile trading,...
