Does a non-US person who owns a US LLC with a bank account automatically becomes a US person?

The high road, ON THE INTERNET? Perhaps I've misjudged you. Maybe, just maybe you've misjudged me. In this format, everything seems more critical than it was intended. It might me a good time to press the restart button.
I spent many decades of my life studying politics, until I finally realized it was all horseshit. My education on the markets and trading followed the same path, a thirst to learn all that was economics and technical analysis, and then I learned that all human institutions follow the same path. That which is accepted by the masses is all horsesh!t and a means to harvest them. So when you say I am straying into politics, which is a waste of time, you are absolutely right, a lot of this thing we call trading is just a bunch of drivel that doesn't make money.

And yes, we definitely got off the wrong foot. No worries. I got overly defensive. Just last week, we had a guy spamming the board starting arguments and I got the brunt of him. Your obviously not that person.
