Do anyone know when trader quit, do they bear the losing of thier trade account balance and then pay back to Swift trade?

The real question is: "Why would anyone allow a firm to keep their money for any reason?". I'm pretty sure that you'll get whatever money you have coming.

If a trader had something like negative $30K for his account balance, he upset and want to quit, does he need to compensate this $30K losing for daytrader contracted with Swift trade?
This trader contracted with Swift trade and the terms was he no need to pay contribution and payout according to his winning with certain % planning.
