Discrepancy with quotes (IB - metatrader - Dealbook360)

I'm trying to figure out what is accurate for quotes ...

I dont have the bid and ask of metatrader and dealbook

but IB lists the

GBP - USD/GBP at 10:29 eastern as 1.8990/1.8991
meta trader lists the quote as 85 and deal book as 87

so what is the accurate quote? also is there a trick to pulling up a IB forex chart? cant seem to figure it out ...

IB doesn't provide last sale data, so those graphs don't work.

I use mid point, bid/ask to produce charts.

Would welcome other ideas/suggestions from IB/IB clients.
