Difference between NFP number and Total Nonfarm (PAYNSA)

Hey,

this is probably a noob question but I'm not from the US and wondering what the difference is between those two numbers:

Thats the current Employment Situation Summary
  • it came out to 528,000 and was released on Friday, August 5, 2022

Total Nonfarm (PAYNSA)

thats the Employment, Hours, and Earnings from the Current Employment Statistics survey (National)
  • also released on Friday, August 5, 2022 if I understand right
  • came out to 152,249
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Both are numbers to show the total employment. I don't understand the difference between them because they dont app up for me.

I know the first report (the NFP with 528,000) shows the change and the second one the total outcome but still then if I subtract the 152,249 with the number of the month before 152,634 it's not the same as the NFP number

152,249-152,634 = -385

-385 ≠ 528


Maybe someone could explain to me what the differenced between those numbers are.
 
Different criteria for each measurement.

Non Farm Payrolls (NFP) measures the amount of jobs gained in the U.S. during the previous month that aren't farm related. It is typically released on the first Friday of the new month, and also includes the Unemployment Rate, Average Hourly Earnings, and the Participation Rate

Total Nonfarm Payroll, is a measure of the number of U.S. workers in the economy that excludes proprietors, private household employees, unpaid volunteers, farm employees, and the unincorporated self-employed.
