I am hearing from sources that as Will Smith got up and started walking over to Chris Rock, Will Smith’s wife told Chris to just hand over his wallet and jewelry to Will Smith. I guess she thought that “No impulse control” Will Smith was going to pull off a robbery and she didn’t want Chris Rock harmed.
If you notice, Chris Rocks hand was behind him as if he was going for his wallet.
Maybe a robbery gone bad, who knows? I wouldn’t put anything past Will Smith.
Luckily Will Smith didn’t pull out an AK47 and start spraying the Oscar’s with bullets.
