Did a new crude EFT start trading?

Someone in a room I hang in mentioned a crude EFT,and thought it started trading today. ANyone hear this ?

If I understand it right it is based on futures so I am wondering if you will be able to trade in a futures account?

So far, it doesn't seem to be correlated much with CLK06... instead of a trading range of 1.4% between 10:50AM and now, USO's trading range has been around .3%.
