So I got off the phone with the lawyer who filed this case, and theyâre impounding the non-regular ballots (i.e. absentee & provisional) because of âgross incompetenceâ on behalf of the Board of Elections, citing âabsentee ballots being mailed to dead people and people who did not request them.â

The article should surprise no one, but the comments submitted by some of the readers display a very sad level of naivety. And by the very nature of the publication, one would expect that its readers would be possessed of a certain minimum level of intelligence. In this day, that they believe one party is so 'dirty' and the other so 'pure', gives me cause for concern that they will take this level of ... intelligence ?? ... into a voting booth.
