If anyone on here has been through this before - what is the deductibility of a CME seat for tax purposes? I haven't purchased anything yet but was curious.

Maybe not deductible at all. Perhaps a capital asset?
It's treated like real estate. Except when you sell it goes under proceeds from barter.
The lease cost would likely be mostly/all deductible.
