what happens in the event of my death at FXCM?

they never gave me a beneficiary form? do they even have one?

my stock brokers always had that form
 
FXCM is US based, so they will track down your relatives and give them access to the funds. In light of history, depending on the country where your FX broker is based they might not always do that, ahem..

For FXCM, what will happen is the funds will be returned to the trader's bank account, where they will be dealt with according to any pre-existing will or legal ramifications.
