Customizable time frames?

Hi Fellow Traders,

Do anyone of you know a free charting package that allows customizable daily charts/indicators?

Most free services provide daily charts spanning from 17 pm EST - 17 pm EST and indicators designed to match these candlesticks...I would like something like 15 pm EST - 15 pm EST since I am living in Western Europe (EST+6) and still have a job to manage in the morning...

Sure it does. Available data feeds:

IQFeed (choice of HotspotFX or Barclays / Tullet)
EFX Group / MB Trading
IB

Hours and days can be easily customized, for any security or group of securities. If you don't mind the 10-day chart limit (if that's still the case), QT is a very nice product.
