I'm not so sure he started out as a fraud. But maybe I have far too much stupid faith in humanity. I am going to assume he tried out as a legit business to make lots of stupid $.

But when things start going bad, people feel pushed to cheat a little here and there hoping that things will recover and all will be well again.

That works...until it doesn't.

The next thing you know, you're in a snowballing train wreck that can't be stopped anymore.

LOL @ the $40 million bail. If it's anything like the Bankman bail... it comes to around 1 penny per thousand dollars involved in the bail.

Why do courts play politics by using these shenanigans? Are they that desperate for headlines?

Looks like Roni Cohen-Pavon is hiding from US authorities in Israel. Interesting... this is not the only crook that defrauded Americans, then runs to the same terrorist nation that also takes in billions of dollars from the US government in donations every year.

Here's an idea... America could threaten Israel to stop hiding these crooks, or no more free money-printing by the US taxpayer. If BLM can defund the police, certainly we can defund these terrorist-harboring nations as well.

what is wrong with you ???? Israel vibrant democracy (with tons of issues of course) in the part of the world where mostly totalitarian regimes thrive. He should be 100% extradited no doubt. Israel is at front lines fighting terrorists.
