Crammer is nuts.

Everytime a corporation fucks up Feds will come and buy it? Guess what all the corporations will start screwing up sooner than later and nobody but Uncle sam would be a owner of a worthless shell.

Would it work? Probably.

But of course, it would be just another form of "monetizing the bad debts".... in other words, a tax payer bailout of greed run amok.
