what's to debate here, it's illegal for good reasons, why can insiders make humongous profits at the expenses of the public. there aint 1 good reason to defend such hypocrite behavior. and by the way the only ones who are gonna benefit are the insiders 'emsleves. how wud u like it to be holdin' a stock that gaps down 90% knowin' the the smartypantz sold it off just before the tumble?
