To add an options security definition directly to the trading screen
Click in an empty row in the Symbol column.
NOTE: To toggle between Symbol and Underlying modes, click on the column title. To change the default entry mode, on the Settings menu select Contract Display.
Enter the security definition by contract class or contract symbol, and press ENTER. Use the formats in the table below.

It also seems that you follow the same couple of markets. Why not set up pages for each class with the options you look at and just click to the pre-loaded page for that market?
