CME margins going up again starting Friday night(Surprise!)

Of the big three equity futures, I glanced through it and didn't see ES, just NQ and YM. Maybe someone else can look through it more thoroughly?

OMG!! Just those margin requirements increase itself is going to whipsaw the market all over the place. This is not reducing volatility; this is increasing volatility in the market.

The increases look minimal. Current to new is a fairly small bump. Except on those Dow total return ones, whatever they are.
