CLX: Will I receveive dividend if short put Oktober 22 will be assigned?

I am short 1 CLX Put 115.00 2022-10-21, as of today 11 days till expiration.

1. Is it correct that CLX will announce the quarterly dividend at earnings reporting?
   
2. Is it correct that ex-dividend date will be 2022-10-26?
3. If i get assigned at expiration will I receive the dividend?

If I do not get dividend I would not like to hold the option through earnings reporting.

1-Dividend has been announced for this quarter ($1.18).
2-Ex div= Oct 25. Record date = Oct 26.
3-If assigned Oct 21 (position in account Oct 24), yes you will receive dividend if you hold until Oct. 26th.
