Anybody here knows the first year trader churn rates at Optiver, IMC, and Flow Traders?

I'm in the middle of making a decision and it seems really difficult to get that information (or accurate information, anyway).

Have you read www.glassdoor.com ?

About 20% of first years would either quit, or get moved to a 'role' that signaled it may be in their interest to move somewhere else. Another 20% would burn out a bit during year 2 or also decide to move on- often from low bonus/signaling from the firm.

My experience is based on the fact that I worked at one of the above firms for several years.
