break out up or down for ES?
Traded the ES yesterday,
It traded like a crackmonkey on crack
but it reminded me of a lot things that my mentor said to me years ago, and didn't always seep in
there's always a next trade just around the corner
don't predict, just execute
don't let a trade run against you
But.. old habits die hard, i overthink
now i understand why firms want traders to be fresh out of college so they can mold them more easily

traded the dax
was thinking that eurostoxx offers less opportunities than dax, but the dax cfds at ib have a 3 pt spread and there"s a lot of back and forth, so that sucks
will try to trade the es and/or nq
