Charts with candles created with a delay

I am looking for a charting platform that draws a new candlestick only after the relevant time period has passed, not in real time as is usually the case.
So, a new candlestick would appear at 9.15 to represent prices between 9.00 and 9.15, and so on. In effect, the chart would be static, changing appearance every 15 minutes only.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Or another way, to do it your way Peblo;
simply check 15 minute candle chart, on the quarter hour, or every 15.777 or16 minutes. Much more money is made off monthlys, unless you are a market maker + you are b not
