Changing careers but would like to keep my license

Changing to the healthcare field and would like to keep my license. Is there any place I can park my license ?

I intend to still trade from my home.

Unless you intend to trade for clients or advise other people's money there really isn't a need to worry about it. The license is transitory, and keeping it is not necessary without the intention to offer advice.

Is there some reason you want to keep it?

I still work for a brokerage in NY. changing careers, but not totally sure what will happen in the next couple of years.

until this is more understood, I was trying to see if there is a way to hold onto the license.

Due to start classes towards my Masters (APN or CRNA) and I intend to continue trading my own funds while working FT at the hospital.

Let me know if any of this is not clear. Thanks !

It's 100% illegal to park your license.
