Canadian futures broker

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for canadian futures broker. What are other ET'ers using?

Some things I need in a broker:

1) NinjaTrader integration for order-entry through ninjatrader

2) Decent minimums ($5k) to start account / trade futures

3) Planning to day-trade 1 ES contract per trade. On average 5-10 trades per day.


Thoughts from the experts?
 
Are you a canadian using them? Does this cause any special documents required or tax concerns?

I wonder if they have integration into any banks in canada? One thing I like about questrade is I can transfer from RBC and back.
