Canadian accounts with Interactive Brokers

I am in the process of opening a Canadian account with Interactive Brokers and my question is about the 3 forms I must print and mail to them. One of them is 38 pages and the other two are about 2 pages each, that's a lot of paper.

Can I just sign the last page and send those instead of all 42 pages?
 
I just opened my account with them 2 weeks ago. Only 4 pages to sign. In the application process if you click on "mail or email the forms to you", they don't arrive! Pretty much have to call IB and have the forms sent directly to your email. That's what I had to do.
