I'm not implying that at all! In fact, A can be implied from B with the same regularity that a string of heads on a coin toss can imply that the next toss will be heads or tails -- 50%! And 50% accuracy is not a reliable system.

Try watching KLAC on the Level 2 screen for ten minutes and you'll see what I mean!
