Doesn't look like the naked shorting expose has had much effect. Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the Reg Sho allow naked shorting to hedge option exposure?
If the Rocker camp are buying a ton of puts wouldn't the person selling the puts be allowed to naked short with impunity?
