Bullet is practically an option which allows you to hit bids on the stock on a downtick.
 
i am having this argument with a friend of mine, who feels that its simply a "trick" used on the software end to make the software allow you to short however it is "illegal" to do it since it is not on an uptick... however i didnt have the strength to argue with him at this late hour... thank you for your validation...
