BTrade premarket spoofing?

I'm watching PGNX this morning, and there are serious BTRD bids. This is before 8AM EST, so I don't think they're firm quotes. Which makes me wonder, do traders put in fake bids in the premarket, with the idea of suckering other traders into buhing through other ecns? Seems like a pretty good scam.
 
big bidders try to get others to buy instead of them, usually sellers, when it gets up to the price they like, they sell it down



Unless the stock is on a momentum frenzy and has a large short %. Usually someone covering
